First stop and think if you want to possibly ruin the friendship. A lot of people are not mature enough to take a friendship to a sexual level, then return back to a normal friends level.

Because you are already friends, you are allowed to get away with a shit load of touching and joking.

The only thing you must perfect before you start trying to implement sexual talk into a conversation is the ability to diffuse every situation. To make everything seems light hearted and playful; to explain what you mean, without explaining what you mean. That way she keeps her guard down...then once you are able to do that stuff, move to KINO; play wrestle, put your arm behind her (but not around). Haha, throw in a "youve got something on your face" and lick your finger and help her out.

the problem I have with PUA is that it goes into depth teaching people what they do already with their friends (with the exception of kino)

but shit like sarcasm, making fun of each other, teasing each other, push/pull etc... most people do that naturally with their friends

Yes. Innuendo is fine if you can bring it across well. There's nothing wrong with talking sexually with a girl, especially if she's interested. It shows you're not afraid of your sexuality.
