i think he means out of everyone who looks to do it. Most people dont actually stick to what they're supposed to and fail. But if you put in the time and stay with it and always learn theres a 100 per cent chance you'll be good at it

Hmm, well, it depends by what you mean "good". Some people just want to learn how to get 1 girl, others, want to learn how to get 1000.

Everyone has different motivations, and that's why you'll see all different types of characters joining the community.

I dont know if 95% is an accurate number, but I know that many guys never really learn how to approach women, or how to get rid of their AA. Because of that, many end up giving up without experiencing the true benefits of this lifestyle.
