This is a tricky situation he is in now. He was about to make a comfortable close on a girl he was seeing for few weeks and she would have let him despite being hesitant only because of a BF who she was not in good terms with the relationship. He was stupid enough to actually think he was in love so he held back or something only to realize that he could have closed the deal and then walked away acting as a friend. Now although they are on friendly terms, I think he can still just close the deal and walk away. Any tips for him cause he now realizes there was no love involved !
