Is there a way to talk to random girls on SPAM? Or some other free program that would work on an ipad? I want to improve my conversation skills since that is where I lack the most and love the idea of being able to do it during slow times at work.

So how can I go about talking to random people on SPAM?

don't know about SPAM.

there used to be mirc like 10 years ago. really easy to use. don't know if it's still alive though.

Don't know if you have access, but have you considered Okcupid? The Instant messaging system is pretty good, and there are tons of women all the time.
