on the route to PUA ! need help

I read "double your dating" by david.d and learned alot,but most of it was just techniques,i want to start learning the "lifestyle",or to make it a routine,so to speak.whats a good way to go about it?
I want to develop inner game and confidence so PU feels more "natural" if it makes any sense......i just got "the pickup artist" gonna try to read it as much as i can!

Double your dating is for guys that are ok with women, but wanna get better.

if your a complete noob, start with mystery method, or any other method where it breaks down cold approach.

Also, don't read too much. Common mistake by newbies. Brad P puts it that "for every 1 hour reading into pua material, you should be infield for 2 hours." It doesn't make sense but its really good advice.

The PUA lifestyle comes with time, determination, and drive. That's also the only way of improving your inner game, and your overall "game". Double Your Dating is good reading, but can be more useful for relationships and staying dominance.

The Mystery Method is the classic, but there's just so many holes in that program.

Try reading Carlos Xuma books. They concentrate a lot on inner game.
