after a few times i found it best to just stop and tell her that i am going to try something new. then watch her reaction to the suggestion.
if you tell her in a way that best works on her, or do things that are near to the same first then she is usually more willing.
as for specifics i wont go into much detail.
just think whats the further thing from it but still involves that particular activity then escalate it over several sessions, until she says its ok.
