Hey guys,

This is a slightly weird one but for some reason the last few days I have been feeling really depressed and down because I feel old and I have no idea why?

I'm in the game to meet new people and expand my social circle and horizons as I already have a girlfriend (she's 18).

When I go out to bars, clubs etc I'm starting to feel like everybody in there must be younger than me and it's getting me down.

I think given my girlfriend's age I'm jealous because I wish I could be her age again when everything is new and exciting. Now I've done that I just feel like I have no urgency to carry that on.

I'm 22, still young...but for the clubbing scene? I've always liked to go out and have fun (especially in university).

Any thoughts, opinions etc would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps I just need a different outlook on this all.

Haha. Age is irrelevant, and in any event you are very young.

I think Tyler of RSD said it best, "I don't give a f@#$ what anyone thinks about me." Or words to that effect.

You need to know your own value, your own strengths, and what you have to offer. There will always be people older and younger than you. Who cares. Go out and be yourself and share what you have to offer.
