Hi guys, I'm relatively new on the scene.

Basically I work in London and I'm a student in Leeds (where I aim to work campus/party/bar game) but this isn't the intro section I know so I'll get to the point.

I've read currently read the mystery method, the game and conquer your campus and I've of devised a game plan for uni based around these three which seem to agree at various points and have worked on my mindset for the inner game.

However... I'm looking over the forums now and can't help but see a lot of scepticism about how old a lot of this stuff is and how the newer stuff is significantly better.

I accept the styles of game are subject to change. But do the women who have it tested on them? Do I need to totally rethink my strategy for Uni? I'd post more on the method I've compiled from these sources but I'd imagine you all don't want to be bored by a wall of text.

Thanks for your time

R&B

The Mystery Method works but you need to think about it more and tone it down for the UK game. The girls over here think and act differently to the American girls.

Yes, I have seen Mystery Method worked, but the user tweaked it according to his own style and the times of today. Using the original method, won't do you much good simply because it was written in the past, and things have changed today.

Why don't you go for Vin DiCarlo's stuff and "60 Years of Challenge"? They are much better options, if you are aiming for learning game, in general.

Thanks a mill for the feedback guys. SQDiablo I think you're completely right about toning down MM with UK girls, specifically opening.. that stuff just doesn't work here, at least not with my age group.

I'm thinking more about establishing decent social status amongst multiple groups and working from there. I'm already known for mixing and matching friend groups, it shouldn't take much more to get my name out there in order to be the go to guy for fun

As for the extra reading material I'll check it out :). I've heard about various other PUG's material sold around the place, specifically gamblers stuff, what's put me off that is the fact that its apparently directly contradicting a lot of other stuff. I haven't got any preconceptions to the stuff you've just mentioned Don Draper so I'll have a look into it.

What I'm interested in lately is building inner game (considering I've got a sufficient amount of canned material on me now). I'm curious what you guys think about internally overcompensating (i.e. thinking your beyond just "the shit" in your head) in order to get in a good mindset for gaming. (Its worked well so far but can border on arrogant if not careful) this may be off topic though.

Thanks again

N.B I'm avoiding writing walls of text on details here as it may scare posters off I'm guessing this is the right thing to do? say if otherwise :)
