I am new at this. But there are tons of hot girls i see at my university just walking on the sidewalk between classes usually. Is it a good idea to do direct approches on them? OR is there an easiar way with cheesy indirect lines?

Just start a conversation, find out about her. If you like cheesy lines, tell her something like "Girl, I have so many pick up lines I want to use on you right now" or "Check this out!" Then tell her like ten in a row, laughing the whole time. Then ask her to spit some of hers. You can always then act offended tat she would use those lines on you (sort of tossing in some S&A).
