She avoides me and can't even bare the awkwardness of looking at or even being near me. What does it mean when ladies do this? I totally thought she would merely pawn it off as a 'one-night thing' and comfortably move on...

In her head, she most probably thinks of you as that creepy guy who take advantage of her when she was drunk, and wants to avoid you at all costs.
The only thing to do here, is to get her alone and talk to her about that incident and clear the misunderstanding that she has been carrying with her from that night onwards.
I just cannot see any other way to go about this.
