Hey guys, I'm generally a pretty shy guy and relaxed...chilled out...some times my drive and motivation is not as high as I'd like it to be. I also have a binge drinking problem where i cant have a good time in the club/bar without being wasted.

Self esteem is not so bad, i honestly think im a nice guy thats quite cool and i have a lot to offer girls, girls do like me once they get to know me.

Because of my binge drinking there have been some instances where I been able to open and strike a conversation, or even get numbers in the process, but have failed to close or escalate because of my intoxication.

Recently a work friend told me how she saw a hypnotherapist for one session and it helped her quit smoking and got me interested.

Do you guys think hypnotherapy could help my binge drinking, confidence and drive? not sure if this is the right place to be asking but i have learnt some very valuble stuff from here.
