How Do You Verbally Build Attraction?

Hi all I am new to the guy pretty much, and I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to verbally build attraction. I know there are compliments and you can try to segue into sexual conversation but I find getting into sexual conversations kind of difficult to segue into. I have a 2nd date tomorrow so any help would be appreciated.

If you have any tips on how to segue into sexual conversations or other sorts of conversation topics which build attraction feel free to share.
