I live in the Hartford Connecticut region and I just joined. I feel as part of a community but a stranger, as in I feel the community isnt big enough to find some1 in my area and my age to wingman with which forces me to solo. Most of my friends are already in committed relationships/getting married and im only 23.

Curious if you guys just read up on this stuff and go out and solo or if theres communities in your area. I am looking for something along the lines of MPUA's where they are a group of people that become close friends sarging and going to diff places, etc. As I want to make this into more than just a hobby. I want to make it my career in helping people/making a website and stuff but I don't want to be some lonewolf in doing so. Any advice would be appreciated.

edit: I tried joining the one PUA group in my state and it looks dead as in people moved on from it. Also no1 responded to my request for a wingman and any requested i've found through google r from like 2009...

I solo or go out with friends who have no idea what pickup is. I've tried going out with "wingmen", but I find it wayyy too much pressure, and it's not fun at all. I guess I get stage fright or something since I feel like my wingman is expecting me to pick up and talk to every girl I see. I do much, much better when I go solo or with random friends that have no intention of picking up girls - probably since I'm much more relaxed and can focus on my game with confidence.

most of the time solo.
but when i know ill be in an area with sets ill have a wing to help me out so i can isolate my target easier.

i really can find myself in this...even if i don't have AA when im with my wingmen i seriously feel alot more AA when im approaching girls with him in my vicinity.

getting out solo is more rewarding and will give you more skill / in depth understanding.

i have less aa with a wing cause it motivates me to do better and i dont want to look like a afc in front of him it matters how good and supportive ur wing is when i run out of things to say my wing has something he wanted to say but i think im a great wing thats why i prefer one i give u pep talks let u use my material and peaock gear and im not like a wing but a partner in crime dude i even jumped on this grenade for this one bro took this chicks ugly friend to the starbucks down the club while my friend took her friend to a hotel the ugly chick wanted to get a room too i told her i was gay she said something like that explains your hat it was a peacock thing but its what got the convo started but that girl was a real grenade i would of died if she was ontop of me and i didnt drink i was like the driver so she was worse than my friend thought she was atleast he got lucky his girl didnt look that diffrent in his head. i felt bad about the ugly girl going baack to the club to not find her friend there but im sure she found some guy wasted enoufh i owed my friend since he backet me up in a fight where this girls boyfriend came back you should never leave a girl that hot alone in a club even if you have to use the bathroom he even lets me use his nice car when we go sarging point is u need a good wing mystery had sin then style came along he had mysteries back and practically save his life after he changed styles life but you no the story

I do solo, and a wing man sometimes that i just met at the club while sargin, my experience i have more success solo...

Also, findind a good wingmen is REALLY hard.
