Background:

There are some cute girls in the apartment below in which I would like to hook up with. My roommates and I met them the first week back to school and partied with them. The night ended roughly with it getting broken up by the RA. It seemed like they had a good time and I kept in contact with them. However the problem is the only time I see them is when I pass their apartment and stop in to say hello. They do not come up to our room in which would be ideal as it shows interest is us. The one girl exchanged numbers with me however asked my network to make sure she could text for free. When I am with them they laugh and I will get mixed signs from the one girl, but it does not seem ideal.

Problem:

How do I get them to come to me and escalate interactions between us to favor me more? What would you guys do to raise their interests?

Anyway, I guess initiating contact from their side might be asking for too much in this stage. Just swing by with your roommates, or try textgaming the one girl. It's harmless at this point, it won't seem needy.
