Punish the negative behavior by letting her know that you are disappointed in her. Tell her "You caught my attention because you seemed like real down to earth chick, but flaking out and ignoring me isn't cool. I didn't expect that kind of SPAM from you."
Don't be a jerk about it, just be firm about it. She will most likely want to make it up to you, and it's very unlikely that she will act that way again.
If she doesn't respond, then you can say something like "But...I guess I can let you make it up to me. You can buy me a drink tomorrow night."
