First off, everything in this post is going to come off looking as Ashton Kutcher picking up this one girl in a movie called Spread. Here's the scene link on youtube:

We have seductive eye contact, we have seductive kino. But there is another way to be seductive on top of all of that: the
way you talk. To do so, I have several tips to share.
1.) Talk on exhales. Meaning, after you say the last word whether it's a single world or at the end of a phrase, add a louder exhale right after as if it's part of the word so it's not choppy. For example. With exhaling, the word "Hey" would sound as "Heyhhh.." not "Hey (pause) hhh". Just pretend your forcing some extra air out of your chest at the end of the word. Make it subtle but don't exaggerate it or you'll sound silly.
2.) Talk slowly. Example. Say "I like pizza" really slow. You will notice that your voice tone will get all choppy and sound like a chainsaw in a way. Try to say it from the back of your throat. If you've ever seen a Grudge movie, it's very similar to that sound. Same with 1.), don't exaggerate it or you'll sound silly.
3.) Take pauses in the middle of phrases.
4.) Use hand slow gestures as you talk.
5.) Squint. Don't squint as if you're trying to read something far away, just keen your eyes a little bit. I tend to squint just one eye slightly.
6 & 7 work if you've got more of an attractive face. I don't have a baby face nor do I have a really masculine/rugged face. I got a pretty boy face, the model Ashton-Kutcher look so it works for me.
6.) Lick your lips. There's a technique to this. Don't be all goofy with it. Keep your lips close together and start from the left or right corners and run your tongue along the lower lip then curl your tongue in along with your lower lip slightly. Again, don't exaggerate it. We're not trying out for a porn flick.
7.) Slightly bite either corner of your lower lip.

Slightly raise an eyebrow along with a smirk. Don't raise both eyebrows or else it looks like you're overcompensating and you'll come off as a cocky, sarcastic prick.
9. Move your lips around. Don't just move them as you're talking, move them to the seductive vibe.
Overall, you should have a relaxed, sly and seductive look to your face with a bit of a tease.
