I'm finding currently that 80% of my day game sets end with the woman saying they have a boyfriend.

I used to just leave it like that, but then I realized that many women are tossing this out as a small defense shield against being approached.

Studying Sasha, I currently use his screen to detect this ("What is his name?", if she takes longer than a second to recall his name, call her out on it) but I feel that I may be underestimating how quick women are on their feet; I can easily see how a woman could throw out a name quickly enough to fool me.

I would love advice on how to deal with this. Obviously, if my approach was better, they wouldn't mention the boyfriend at all that early in sets, but I'm just a newbie, and its hard to improve when I'm getting blown out of the majority of my sets in less than 15 seconds.

IMO, there is no need to bring the bf/gf-thing up while you are gaming her.

If she mentions her bf, then she is not interested. Still you stay unaffected.

If she mentions her bf but keeps on giving IOI, it is a test! Still you stay unaffected and pass this test.

Girls will tell you they have a boyfriend for three reasons.

1.She wants you to go away 2.She is starting to feel attraction towards you and
wants to break the state (she might have a bf, or might not in this one).

3.She is letting you know that if you proceed there

All you can do is assume and go on from there, dont let it affect you and dont bring it up again.

I instantly start BF destroyer. Gamblers got a good one. And mine ALWAYS starts with:

HB: I have a BF.
Me: Oh, that's nice, I have a goldfish....
Then I start into it. Most of the time they're bull shitting.

Unlike many of my brethren, I hate messing with women with boyfriends. I wanted to avoid attracting women with them, because I'd just end up dropping them later and wasting my time.

But I guess I'll see what happens.

I was like you not so very long ago- if she's fucking around either:

a. she's just trampy
b. it's on the rocks
c. she's not in a relationship

In all cases, you're doing a public service in the long run. However, once two rings are slipped on, that's where I draw the line. You can't fight biology though.

Matter-of-fact, while my city was getting raped by Irene and I had no power, I picked up a book my Mother gave me years ago. A Christian dating book: "Finding a Date Worth Keeping," not bad surprisingly....and the guy says point blank, if you want her, sometimes you have to take risks, and until the day of her wedding, she is fair game. I was shocked, but it seemed to click for me at that point....honestly, if you guys click- and it works- and she has a BF, who is to say she even belongs with him to begin with, like maybe one of them made a mistake. The point is we don't know- I say go for it....why the hell not. Dr. Zhivago is an entire Russian epic novel DEVOTED to this...

If the woman says she has a boyfriend and he's not there, I still escalate no matter what. However, if the boyfriend IS within proximity, I leave the woman on a seductive note. For example. I tell the boyfriend something like, "You got an amazing girl over there.." Then I grab her hand and say, "Pleasure meeting you.." with a devilish smirk and then I lower my head to kiss it but I stop about 1-2 inches away from her hand and then I leave.

I was just musing over the fact that I put my Christianity on hiatus to master this part of my life so that i will have no regrets. Nice to know my own type of folk approve of playing until the whistle blows, haha.
