Would you ask a girl out again, who flaked on you for the for the first date?

A girl said that she couldn't do the date cause she's seeing her parents today. Seems legit enough, but I don't know. I've always just forgotten about girls who flake on me even once, but I actually really like this chick.
We're both 18 btw.

tell her that you don't tolerate people who waste your time. that your willing to give her a second chance but only contact her again in a couple days for a date or wait until she contacts you.

How do you really like her when you haven't even had a first date? You may like the idea of who you think she is, but you certainly don't know her enough to "really like" her.

Nevertheless, go for it dude... Usually when a girl that likes you has a legitimate flake , they suggest another day. However it's possible she was being honest. Test the waters.

ive only been on a handful of dates in my life, but if a girl flakes on me once, thats always been the end of it. if i call her again, she does not pick up and never replies. if she flakes for a legit reason, i read, you can say

"ive got a busy schedule, can you give me a specific day and time this week when you'd be able to meet." if she does not give you a specific day and time, forget it, and move on to another girl, persistance does not get girls.

At the end of the day, it is a personal choice.

Are you the kind of person who believes in giving people more than once chance?

Ask yourself that, find your answer and roll with it.

Personally, I just don't give more than one chance. Even if a situation comes when that happens, I find that I lose a significant amount of interest in the other person.

If she contacted you about meeting again after she flaked on you, I say meet her as more than likely she won't flake. If you contacted her I say its your call. Also age has nothing to do here. Girls of all ages flake.

If she didn't try and make other plans for you then she either isn't interested or she's playing games. You can try, but you've either got a challenge or an annoyance on your hands.

flaking means you have wasted your time .. too be honest it does make me pissed - because i don't like when i waste time and money.

all woman who flake know they are playing games... 95 % of woman do have a irrelevant reason to not show up. Just call her i tell her you don't like people wasting your time.....if you don't really like her you are better of ignoring her from now on.
