I would think his English would demonstrate that he isn't in the West. As well as the girl's totally non-chalant response to his marriage proposal.

I don't know where he is, though I would wager it's the UAE, given how everyone he knows is from totally different countries. Something like %10 of the UAE is native. Everyone else is an immigrant.

Anyway, you guys need to lay off him. He's already stated his intention to move on, and you're just piling on him for old posts. This is basically bullying. I can be a dick, but "kick him when he's down AND trying to do the right thing" is not really a great way to help him out.
