First of all, you've known her for God knows how long. Compliance tests are for when you've just met. And it's only to be engaged while she's actively attracted to you. This at absolute best is controlling and at worst - needy and manipulative.

Yes that is, she didn't comply, doesn't matter when she did it, you freeze her out. That's what I would have done and what has worked successfully. The only problem is, in your case, she may think that you took it bad and got butt hurt and scared that your bothering her. (since thats how you came of at first) Which is why I suggested using the humorous comment, and then ignore her when she says no.

Instead of the granny panties (my preference because i like to take things into a sexual tone) you can also say.
"Okay then, wear a clown suit. You would look sooo cute in that. "
After that don't hit her up for a few days.

Btw, heels tight jeans and a cute top isn't an "obligatory sex date" lol girls go like that dressed to the mall and to parties. It's not like you asked her to go out in an evening dress.

Here's the thing, where you messed up is when you said "Oh ok I will leave you alone then." AND she let you know that you messed up right there lol. There's nothing you can do about that but learn not to reply the same way. The first comment I told you to use, she had agreed to go out with you! The heels comment would have worked perfectly but you added a "hehehe" to the end of it. So that came off as weak and a joke.

There is still hope with her though. If she didn't like you believe me she would have first said "Ok then please do leave me alone." But shes still replying to you, and she occasionally messages you "Hi", again if she hated you she wouldn't be doing this. She would tell you off or would ignore you.

This doesn't mean that you have her interest or attraction yet though. That's what your working on right now and I'm helping you do damage control.
