True, but condoms usually only break when they are worn incorrectly. Usually because the user pull the condom down all the way to the tip, rather than leaving a reservoir at the end. Which causes excess stress at the end of the condom and forces the penis to push through the end. This is why they have to show proper condom application in sex-ed classes nowadays. Anyways I'd rather be 85% safe than 0%.

And all viral STDs can be passed through oral.


I'm a little passionate about this because a couple of my high school buddies had kids while they were in school because they took unnecessary risks, and their lives were much harder because of it.

I 'spose if you get them tested before you fuck them (obviously not a ONS, but you get the point) then you'd know whether or not to want to take it further sexually.

But some STDs have a long incubation period where they won't show up on a test because they aren't active, but still can be passed to another person.

And that seems much more troublesome of a process that wearing a condom. Seeing as how STD tests leave your arm black and blue for a few days, and the results take a few weeks to come back. A long way to go for a BJ.

Never carry a condom in your wallet for more than a couple of days.

Although I agree that one should never carry condoms in pocket due to many factors - scrunching, sitting on it, risk of tearing the package and exposing to elements - heat will not affect it as much as cold.

Heat will actually make the condom more malleable and prevent cracking. The amount of heat required to evaporate the included oil and actually dry out the condom is ridiculously higher compared to the amount of heat given off of the body (surface temp).

The cold will make the condom more brittle and induce cracking even while in the package and even while lubrication is present.
