The man in that picture is *not* at 3% BF. Not even close. More like 8-10%. People have a tendency to exaggerate their LBM. Bodybuilders on the day of the competition (after weeks of starvation and dehydration) will hit 3%. You aren't going to walk around day to day with 3% BF unless you're anorexic or have a disease. Most pro bodybuilders (even ones on roids) are at 10-15% most of the year. If you are that serious into BB, you should know this "bro."

I Can never bring myself to ever bulk, Something about looking pudgey doesn't appeal to me. Then again, its probably because of being a mix of the endo and meso.
