Looks matter to her just as much as they matter to you in an initial approach.

BUT let's say you approach a HB10+++, run good game only to find out she's a TOTAL bitch or has serious personality issues (gold-digger etc), you may get out yourself and go after a more agreeable HB9, therefore making the HB9 a HB10 by relative comparison.

Same applies to men. Good looking guys have it easier, warmer sets, but just their looks won't mean shit if they can't articulate or have any confidence.

However, a guy who's NOT great looking has to ELIMINATE weak points in his looks game so as not to let HBs have something negative to focus on (no dress style, dirty car, weight problems, etc). He could (if he gets a chance) game his way around them or make them less relevant... but he's just making things MUCH HARDER for himself by not taking control of these variables that are EASIER to control than actual game (openings, creating and maintaining attraction and comfort, escalating).

Man, there's so much to learn, why not take control of the sort of easier points of the looks department (buying decent clothes, getting a stylish friend to help you out, losing some weight (not so easy), nice cologne, etc)
