If you want to dress in a similar fashion to what I was wearing in that picture.
I'm going to suggest stores like macy's. Or anything like that in a local mall.
Not to pricy for someone our age and still pretty nice products.
In fact that is where I had gotten the jacket from along with the undershirt.

As for jeans on a budget, (and I don't care what ANYONE else here tells you about Aero ) Aeropostale has some comfortable light/dark jeans with fades and very minor tearing that work for thinner guys.

As for buying shirts from Aero, don't be one of "those guys" who buy shirts that look like they are going to literally stop you from breathing because they are so tight!

I-n-c Jacket; 70 dollars.
Striped undershirt; 25 dollars.
Pair of comfortable dark/light aero jeans; $20+ (I've even gotten pairs for 10 dollars when they have sales.

Then when the weather permits try things like a scarf to break up the outfit a little bit. But if you do decide to wear a scarf look up different ways to tie them. A well knotted scarf can do wonders for your look.
