I am the only owner of the condo. Her name is on the "list" with security, and it can be taken off. She has a key and a key fob for the elevator. It won't take her much to get banned off my list, but it will also be very easy for another person or the neighbor to add her to their list.

This is smart, but I don't see a threat here. She doesn't have any of my credit cards etc. Also, I haven't noticed any money missing from my wallet or anything. I always keep the exact same amount in it and reload it every night when I spend so I can tell if money is missing or has been taken.
