I gotta agree with Mack and everyone else. That guy is just downright disrespectful, thats it. I wouldn't be the first one to start a fight at your work; that'll just get you fired. Tell him to meet you somewhere deserted and isolated, like a carpark or alleyway, and knock his brains all over the pavement. Then go back and claim YOUR girl.

Plan your revenge. Photoshop him into gay porn or something. Ruin his reputation. Spray paint "CHEATING BASTARD" or "WAS SHE WORTH IT?" onto his Car.

Plan it out. In Chinese, there is a saying (forgot what it was) basically, For a real man, 10 years is not a long time to wait revenge. (this was also demonstrated in the movie "law abiding citizen" but I don't think you want to kill him)
