Personally i like Soul patch goes down ur beard (if possible) and i like thick eyebrows with that and also ear piercing the round kinda big ones... then ull look like a badass... im just suggesting

Well I'd say go bald and maintain it, but offset it with facial hair
also if your ears allow it wear earrings, thought I'm not sure how that's looked at in India. Speaking of which, here in the suburbs of Chicago it's very easy to game pretty indian girls, a lot of indian guys are AFC's so you already have an advantage

Well I already wear a goatee. Covers my chin and a vertical line below my lower lip. I was thinking more along the lines of an eye brow piercing.. Though ear piercing is a good option too...

Yep. Read The Game if you haven't already. Being bald won't stop you from getting laid, and some of the biggest 'naturals' I know shave their heads...

Can you change your face to better match bald?
ie. facial hair/glasses/facial muscle tone/tan etc.

I'm 23 and balding too since 17. And yes, it is a game destroyer if it affects your confidence. Also some guys look plain weird bald.

In fact, one of the reasons I got into PU/self improvement is because of this.

I advice you get a doctor prescription for finasteride if your hair loss has hereditary causes (androgenetic alopecia). It's a oral drug that helps slow down hair loss, so you won't be bald until your mid 30's.
Minoxidil is another topical drug that helps regrowing hair.

Go to a doctor and ask if they're right for you.

Another thing that helps: use a shorter hairstyle or what ever helps conceal your pattern of hair loss. If you lost too much, don't use the comb over, it makes you 30 years older. Just shave it.
Also get your body in shape, because skinny or fat with a shaved head is just plain pathetic. But a muscled guy with a shaved guy looks like a bodybuilder or a MMA fighter.

I'm going bald too, in the temples. I just found a bad ass hair stylist and, you can't tell... Not yet anyway, but I also started taking Propecia a few months ago, and It seems like the shedding has crept to a crawl....

Balding is an unfortunate disfiguring thing that happens to you. Shaving it bald is a style and it is a style that is kinda "in" right now. There are some people that don't like that style and some people that do and there are some that REALLY do!

I am in my mid 40s and looked A LOT like Style in his before picture and a lot like him now in his 'after' picture. The difference in how I am treated by women since shaving it has been striking.

In fact the day after I shaved it I was getting into my car in the parking lot at work and heard a female voice talking. I looked up and a woman was walking in my direction talking. I was looking around to see who she was talking to and realized she was talking TO ME. I hadn't had a strange woman approach me and initiate a conversation with me in about 10 years (I am married so it's not like I was out looking at that time though)

It was definately a big confidence boost. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have my thick, dark, 80s rock star hair back but if your choices are balding or bald go bald and don't look back.

Lose the hair (pun intended ) and muscle up. It's crazy how you'll look like someone entirely different. You'll gain so much confidence, you'll look more mature (thus it'll allow you to nail older chicks), and being bald is gonna look more than ok trust me.
