Like look man just about everybody starts with Mystery Method in the begining and it worked out for me and just about everybody else.
Look what you should do is read everything you can and be prepared before going out.
Yes its true that you learn more from sarging then from reading but you should learn as much as you can to be a good pickup artist.
I'm not saying spend all your time reading and going online and posting all i'm saying is be prepared before you sarge(well prepared)!!

if you do that you'll be way too focused on getting results, getting the perfect PU, f-closing right off... and all other shit, you won't be able to free flow at all, you'll be too caught up on theory. you'll seriously forget about having fun and you'll worry about the outcome, which are KEY to getting anything to happen... it'll fuck anybody up from the inside. you'll become a social robot, like this guy clearly is.

look dude, pickup is not about learning how to improvise properly, i know you probably mean to get good inner game first and i don't blame you inner game is important.
But our "god" Style said in an interview that you should get into internalizing your beliefs and all that inner game stuff after the outer game.
Theory is actually pretty important in pickup, in case you didn't know thats what early pickup was based on.
What I'm trying to say is that if you want results (which you obviously don't care about) you'll want to focus on learning as much as you can.
Finally memorizing lines doesn't make you a social robot, a social robot is when you rely on lines way too much I highly doubt that knowing what to say will make you a robot.

i guess what i'm trying to say is that when you have great inner game you don't have to sweat about getting the right line it'll come out naturally and in youre own way... =)

depends on what you want. If you're totally green or very bad at the game, I suggest the Venusian Arts Handbook (explains the whole thing). If you want to build up your confidence, How to become alpha man is great. If you're in cocky/funny, try Double Your Dating (also some very good advices). For approach, take the Art of approaching. I suggest, take more of them, and find your own style. Also you will know the psycology of women alone and/or in groups.

MY OPINION:

I think is better just to read to books first: (Mystery's method; I think is a most read book; because it gives you a good structure, or a good gameplan.)

And after reading those 2 books go out and Sarge , if you don't have friends or a wingman, I don't care go out alone to a bar or something like that and socialize , watch how people interact , try some openers and work on your conv skills , try routines adn then you can read more.

From my experience I have learned more from the field than from the books (I'm not saying books aren't good but in the field you can learn more and become a pro , and reading all the books in the earth about PUA will not make you the best PUA , only by going out sarging you will become the best PUA ever.)

has anyone read the book "Advanced Macking Seduction Course" by Anthony Berger? i recently got my hands on a copy of his book "Seduction Illustrated" and so far it seems too incorperate alot of the tactics i learned in other books and also some new ones. altho some of the advice in this book seems a little flawed in areas most of it seems quite solid.

has anyone read the book how to succeed with women by ron louis and david copeland? what do you guys think of it?

anyone read "The secrets of female sexuality" by David Shade ??? im tempted to get this one

I would also strongly suggest david's material - mastery - it's something like 20 cd...and not does it only bring you great self developpement, but it also allows you to have a strong frame in order to absorb all the info you're going to ged from MM RSD or any other

in short it allows you to become a natural first and then perfect you game..

I don't think its necessary to use ANY of those books.

Just get the posting archives from ASF, and maybe the playerguide/maniac's plan. Then just go sarging.

All of the low-level material is available for free. Save your cash for workshops and going out and such.
