I still have cravings brought about by work pressure, cigarettes were my steam off valve. But I know that's in the past, and there's no turning back.
I started smoking just before my dad quit. Actually got to steal some of his last smokes. Last Christmas, a decade after his last cigarette, he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Hes currently in chemotherapy, trying to stop growth, with some success thankfully.
I used to smoke half a pack a day, couldn't even breathe right after sneezing.
You're better off without it. Just accept that it's over and move on.
