First of all...

Your phone game is incredibly weak.

But they are not into you to begin with. That's why some girls don't respond at all. Some will respond once or twice to see if you offer anything of value but when you respond with, "wanna hang" instead of "I got a table tonight at the hottest club..." they blow you off.

But you want to fix this problem of them not being attracted to you. Girls give their numbers out all the time! They say, "Give me a call and we'll hang" ALL THE TIME. With you, you are coming off as a nice guy and they don't want to be rude. THAT'S GOOD! At least you are not creepy! Things could be worse. But they are not attracted to you.

The ones that do respond may be a little curious but your weak phone game kills that curiosity.
