I KNOW that I should not be responding emotionally with every little text etc.

I KNOW I have a good idea of what to do in this situation, the reason why I was asking and started this topic was because I was so emotionally caught up in the situation that I was overanalyzing and thus not thinking clearly. Its like when you get mad and people tell you to "sleep on it" and get to the issue when you are not emotionally distraught. You think more clearly.

You guys know that attraction (in my case) is not a choice. I did not choose to feel like this. In fact I spent the better part of yesterday telling that feeling to screw off because I had too many other important things to do like work/hobbies/friends. It worked, because now I am realizing that there is no big deal if this girl and I do not meet up next weekend.

I cannot believe how powerful emotional attraction is....Now it is even more clear why PUA's like David Deangelo state that it overcomes logic and can drive a women (or man in my case) crazy. Feeling its effects first hand really puts it in perspective.
