Simple. Walk up to the one you're interested in open your mouth and say something to the effect of "I thought you're really cute. I'd be kicking myself in the ass later if I didn't come over to introduce myself" shake her hand and get her name, then tell her yours.

Bold IMHO beats out any opener, routine, or technique.
