You most definitely need to start lifting and get in better shape. Your posture will fix itself when you start lifting. You can't squat 405 with shitty posture.

You should also never grow hair any more. Lol. Shave your head. You balding like that makes you look like a nerdy 35 year old guy who still plays video games all day. Bic it. At least every other day. Keep your head clean. The beard would probably look better too with your head shaved.

Groom that beard a little bit too if you've still got it. It looks sloppy.

Your style is pretty basic white boy too. Get some clothes with a little more edge to them. Subtle things make a big difference. I'm a big fan of "heathered" colors. They add a touch of sexiness to your t-shirts. Fitted jeans that accentuate your cock region. Things like that.

You could also wear some clothes that fit you a little better too. The one picture looks like you grabbed your big brothers t-shirt out of the trunk of your car.
