He would be concerned if something bad happened to his neighbor but he doesn't care if he kills people and poisons generations because it isn't in his face. They are just numbers.

This question kind of makes me laugh because it's being posed to a community that is largely viewed as immoral. Truthfully, I wouldn't go after a married woman because there are far too many single ones out there. If you do go after a married woman, just understand that there may be consequences for doing it.
