being secretive and mysterious, obviously in conjunction with lots of other things, can be very interesting and attractive. I've even f closed and had relationships for more than a week without telling my name. without lying about age or anything else. It really depends on the type of women you have in front of you. Older women aren't all equal. But there's loads of things you can say depending on the context. That's what really matters.
You can just avoid answering at all and talk about something else. She will be conscious that you know that she knows that you are holding that information.
You can just say things like, "why? does it matter to you?" "why? you interested?" "why? afraid you are not up to my standards because you feel old?" something along those lines.
or just make jokes about it. I usually use a frame but I don't have it here but like "mental age? physical age?" or just hyperbole and absurd "50. why? am I too old for ya?" "you don't have to worry about it, I'm above age of consent" "if it's unpolite to ask a lady why you ask me if you want equality?"
the thing is, just don't make a big issue about it and move on. age will be a completely irrelevant issue.
but obviously if you are 18 and want to go after milfs then you either have to have a different mentality and behave accordingly to what they want or then you just have to have a completely different game. generalizing, that's because they want different things and have different values. but that's all about the context and not really about the age issue itself.
I'm not sure if you are asking about how to attract older woman or asking specifically about this age issue. That's completely different things.
on a side note a funny thing is that this doesn't work the way around. I'm 28 now and I still have to find an 18 that asks me about age like older women would.
