if you talked to a girl then she says she has no boyfriend that means shes into you.
If your girlfriend is asked by your friends that she has no boyfriend that means shes cheating on you.

when a girl doesnt admit it means she has something to that someone she is talking with. (it means she likes you or the man she is talking to.)
