Wow, that's a tough one man. I've never been with a girl who has any kind of plastic surgery, at least that I know of, so I can't say whether or not that was a deal breaker for me. I agree with Il-Cavalieri, as long as I was sure she wasn't a man I would go for it. At least she's not an ugo now right?
