I can see where breaking it down that way could work, but not with a teenager.

Even then, I think you're breaking it down way too much for the girl and putting way too much pressure on her. If you're in a long, committed relationship, sure. That message could be broke down to what I bolded:

If you feel like you need to say the rest, you could say something similar when you guys are in person. Even then, way too much pressure after just one date.
