You don't even know on what planet you are. You don't know nothing, you don't know how to act and you're OBVIOUSLY really NEEDY. Guys who gets girls do not think like you're thinking right now. I'm just speaking bluntly here...you will not get this girl. If maybe she's super drunk and horny and she fought with her boyfriend, maybe there's a chance for you.
