quick fixes for confidence. First is to look good. Find an outfit that makes you look good. Then you will feel good. Next is to get any negative thinking out. Just focus on the positive. Think happy. Also I like to run this little mantra in my head. "I am the Prize!" also I like to walk in to a place an look around an I can say I am the hottest mother fucker in hear. I usually true cuz I walk in with an air of arrogance an am working it the best that I can. Oh yeah fake it till you make it holds true. Nobody knows you an what your thinking its just what you show them that they perceive.

LOL I remember the days I use to be in your shoes. The only way to get over this is to really understand what it means to be "Alpha". Once you understand this more you should have no issues at all. Confidence is one of the main reasons why guys miss out on opportunities. You have to get out there and mingle with different people. Practice makes perfect, but the proper guidance is definitely needed.

Confidence is important, but knowledge is important as well. You need to know how to use that confidence.

One last thing. Our society has gone soft mentally. People have many pleasures and comforts that past generations did not have. People rarely have to sacfrice, but sacrifice used to be a lifestyle. People had to live with discomfort to just survive. People had to do things that they did not want to do on a regular basis whether that be restrain themselves or confront fears or pain. So people were more discipline. Part of the problems people have with being shy and approaching girls is that they are not discipline, they are not living discipline lifestyles. They are used to avoiding discomfort so when they are faced with a uncomfortable situation like approaching a girl...they avoid that too.
