I know that is years of practice, thank god im still 20 lol, but im gonna still practicing and learning new things, for now i just want to practice the pickup artist show and mystery method material, then keep learning new things, I just want to make a better lifestyle and teach others around me, but thanks~^

Im gonna post it here for not open another title, idk what's got into me, idk if it was the fact that I dont go out much or AA is attacking me again but I was today in church with some girl buddies that I have, and my mouth was like freeze I didn't had anything interesting to talk with hers instead I let hers take control of the conversation and I just asked question, I feel shy, very timid now and I was like the party of the group, I dont even know how to make guys friends, right now im a loner that go to the gym and university and thats all, so if you guys wanna help here, what should I do? how the hell I get rid off the shyness? tell me and I'll do it.
