I do not think it is in your best interest from a moral standpoint. Basically, you are in a position of authority. You are her landlord. If the other tenants were to find out, there is a very real risk that shit could go downhill very quickly. And if your initial thought in response to that is "if they know what's good for them they won't do anything," you are just further proving my point.
