His deep rapport formula is good. His qualification techniques are eh... ok. Used them both n id have to say, using your finger to guide through a large hoop doesn't work all the for when youre asking the question wht are your 3 most positive qualities. It's a forward looking thing when I wrote that post. Back then, Jeff was still writing an ebook and I haven't read 60 YoC yet from which majority of Jeff's ideas came from.

Not sure what happened to Jeff's ebook. One thing is for sure, Jeff can distill the things that really matter on field and convey those as simply as possible.
