As for how long you wait, it's all base on the situation. It seems like she broke the relationship after graduating. Which means she's looking for a new life or got bigger plans. Wait to see what that plan is and make your move base on that. Be playful. At the same time, read some facebook game. It'll help you with your facebook game. It's ok to ask her for her number over facebook. If a conversion on BF is going well, be like 'darn! I have to go, why don't you give me your number so we can continue this conversation over text.' If she says no or ignores it, it's pretty much done. Sorry bud, but that's reality.
