I see her every time I pick up my little sister from daycare. She says hi to be polite and seems very nice. She's about my age 20-22. Id say she's like an 8. I only see her like once or twice a week.
Every time I want to say something i feel it would be inappropiate because the kids are there and another helper like herself or another teacher is there too. So if I game her it will put a lot of pressure on her because i know shell be thinking "what will my co-workers think or say".
As for now all I've been saying is hi and bye and have a good weekend and bla bla bla. But I really want to gain her trust and then finally ask her out on a date or something.

Whats a good opener,neg,etc. to use in this situation without seeming like a creep and embarrassing my little sister? How could i get the guts to do it in front of all the kids and other teachers there too? or should i even do it in front of everyone?

ps: i was thinking of just flat out telling her she's beautiful and asking her on a date but i know thats a 50/50 chance. I rather work up to it idk.
