I dont know what to do, in person, im charismatic, charming, and funny.. and im not just saying this about my self.. not insinuating im a casonova, but i have no problem number and BBM pin closing. But i dont like texting, and thats usually where i screw up, any tips for texting a girl, or better yet, getting her to agree to either talk on the phone or video chat instead.. i personally find texting and BBM as tedious and would much rather speak on the phone, but women now adays are OBSESSED with texting and 24/7 none the less, and i feel if i dont, than im losing their interest

1. Make the number close have a PURPOSE. Getting a number for the sake of it and saying "let's do something sometime" is a recipe for a total lack of investment on her part. How much more solid does this sound:

"Holy shit! So, you actually do martial arts, you love oldschool kung fu movies, you've got your own cool business, AND you're smoking hot. I swear, one more thing and I'd be proposing right now! Tell you what, let's exchange numbers, and you gotta come over Tuesday - I'll show you how to make sushi and we can watch one of my favourite Bruce Lee films."

2. If you're more comfortable calling, then CALL her! You don't have to keep texting back and forth just because she likes to, if you don't. I only send maybe 2/3 texts max to arrange the first date. I prefer texting because it saves time, and I can do it throughout the weekday whilst at work. Once I'm off work I'm running around the whole time and don't have time to have a proper chat. If you do - then do it. If you can be fun and interesting on the phone, you're already separating yourself from 99% of guys, and you're building better rapport, and you can be more sexual, because you have the power of your actual voice to work with.
