For me it isn't hard to hook girls in Facebook and similar networks. They give me their phones very easily, but then I get suck in long phone chats that don't lead to a real date. This has been a problem for most of my adult life.

There are girls with whom I talked for months and still couldn't build enough rapport to get them to meet me.

How can I improve this?
