So I met this HB9, got drunk and hooked up with her a week or two later. Hung out with her a few more times but nothing happened and then I got LJBF. I froze her out, came back flirting more sexually and harder, but I think I'm still stuck in the friend zone. She returns the flirting, but I think that's just her personality and I don't know how to escalate things. At this point I feel like I can't make a move because she still sees me as just a friend and it would end up making things weird. Do I need a longer freezeout?

She keeps saying she wants to do things with me this summer, i.e. beach, parties, hang out, but I think she wants to do all these things with me as friends, which isn't what I'm lookin for.

I think the problem is after the LJBF but before the freezeout we became pretty close as friends and now she sees me as one of her good friends. She also got a gf (she's bi) during my freezeout but the gf is home for the summer until September so I'll have her all to myself if I can pull this off.

Frankly if she's reciprocating then why have you not escalated further? I know the answer, but It's the reason you're in this situation:
You will have a better idea of where you are when she says no/stop/calls the cops/slaps you.
