I am aware that the best way to get the D2 is having run good game on the time I met the HB (including future projections etc)

Sometimes, I do get "weak" numbers anyway and try to get a D2 anyway.

So I there is an HB8 that I have know from social circle parties and in the last party I flirted with her a bit and she was laughing at my silly direct inuendos. There was a bit of chaos at the party so lots of interruptions, no time for long conversations, comfort etc. We did find out we live in the same part of town. So at end of party I just said I would look her up on FB. She knows I am not some completely random stranger since we are in this social circle of mutual friends. So here is our Facebook exchanges.

Next day after party:

ME: "who let the dawgs out??"
HER:U r hilarious. Did u have a good time at the party?
ME: had a blast! till when did u stay? lets hang this week in our hood? we can start off at big lou's? lets swap #s, heres mine...xxx-xxx-xxxx. u watchin oscars right now?
HER: I don't remember.. I think 3. I'm bz this weekend so I will need a raincheck. I'll probably watch some before heading off to bed. I work early in the morning
ME: ;P

2nd Facebook exchange, 2 weeks later:

Me: whats cooking? when u gonna love thy neighbor?
HB: I'm good . Wish I could hang been bz with work .

So that is it. Is there anything I can write to get her to gradually consider a D2?
Is she politely blowing me off?
