I see this girl every other day at my little sisters daycare. She's one of the people taking care and playing with the kids (including my little sis). She always says hi to me with a big smile and knows who I am,but Im guessing she means to treat me in that nice way like she does with the parents. Were on the hi and bye status. I don't even know her name :/

Not sure how to approach her and have a convo with her because she's always on the move watching the kids.

She seems about 18 maybe even 17. You know its hard to tell a girls exact age. I mite be completely off., but I'm 22 and I wouldn't want her to think I'm messed up or anything.

What would be the best way to Open and invite her out on a date????

I always go with telling the girl my 'dilemma'

Like you said you're in the hi/bye status.. Approach her say Hi ya know we've been in this Hi/bye status for so long I've wanted to chat with ya but don't even know your name so I'm so-and-so nice to meet you blah blah blah.. and there's your opener (obviously you're gonna need to approach just like it's casual every day conversation for you).
